Global Inbound


Global Inbound Service adds a new dimension to the control of inbound calls. This feature increases customer flexibility, maximize resources and minimize delays, thereby increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Global Inbound Services permit calls to be routed to multiple sites and between multiple locations to match staff shifts or other routing requirements. The service options includes

1) Time dependent – routes to different sites or agents based on time, day, month or year and

2) Point of origin – routes by originating telephone number depending on the country code, or city code of origin and

3) Network call redirect – re-routes calls on the busy or no-answer circumstances.
